You will guide executive leadership, manage budgets, uphold Forbes Five-Star standards, and foster a culture of excellence while ensuring smooth daily operations and high-end service.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in hotel operations with executive leadership.
• Experience in luxury 5-star hotel or resort operations.
• Expertise in financial management, budgeting, and cost control in a luxury setting.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Forbes Five-Star standards and implementation.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in hotel management technology and related systems.
• Flexibility to work varied hours including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic initiatives to elevate service standards, efficiency, and profitability.
• Partner with the Managing Director to develop short- and long-term operational strategies.
• Uphold Forbes Five-Star standards across all departments and staff performance.
• Oversee budgets, financial performance, and revenue optimization.
• Ensure guest service excellence, safety, and cleanliness across the property.
• Collaborate with Sales, Revenue Management, and other departments.
• Provide visible leadership and engage with guests and stakeholders.
