The Cooper, part of Beemok Hospitality Holdings, seeks a Purchasing Manager to lead procurement, receiving oversight, inventory control, and vendor management across hotel operations. You will partner with hotel departments to ensure on-time, cost-effective sourcing, maintain supplier relationships, and drive cost discipline while upholding luxury quality standards.

Responsibilities include reviewing requisitions, negotiating contracts, enforcing FIFO, and coordinating with Finance for budgeting

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of five years of progressive purchasing, procurement, supply chain, or hospitality management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in business, hospitality, or related field.
• Experience with procure-to-pay systems such as Infor, BirchStreet, or Coupa.

Aufgaben

• Oversee procurement activities for hotel operations across food & beverage, operating supplies, equipment, linens, guest amenities, spa products, and contracted services.
• Review and approve purchase requisitions and purchase orders per policies and budgets.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, terms, and service level expectations with vendors.
• Monitor inventory levels, enforce FIFO, and coordinate with Receiving/Storeroom for accuracy.
• Prepare purchasing reports and participate in budgeting and month-end reconciliation.
