Job summary

The Flower Shop Manager at Beemok Hospitality Holdings LLC leads the bespoke floral studio within our luxury property, The Cooper, directing floral design and overseeing shop operations, inventory, and guest service to reflect our elevated aesthetic.

Collaborating with Rooms and Guest Experience, you will develop seasonal arrangements, manage the shop budget and forecasting, and lead a small team of designers to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of floral design experience.
• Experience managing operations and inventory in a floral or retail environment.
• Exceptional taste level, organizational skill, and service mindset.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs., work on ladders, and stand for extended periods.
• Ability to work weekends, holidays, and event schedules.

Responsibilities

• Create refined, bespoke floral arrangements for guests and patrons.
• Maintain a cohesive design aesthetic aligned with the property’s luxury standards.
• Oversee daily flower shop operations, ordering, receiving, and care of florals and supplies with attention to freshness and cost control.
• Develop curated retail offerings such as specialty bouquets and luxury gifting items.
• Lead and develop a team of floral designers and assistants; manage shop budget and forecasting.
