Job summary

Beemok Hospitality Collection (BHC) is seeking a Room Service Assistant Manager for The Cooper. The role oversees all room service operations and supports scheduling, training, and supervision to ensure exceptional service in guest rooms.

You will collaborate with the Room Service Manager on menu items and promotions, maintain quality and safety standards, and manage costs while ensuring a high standard of hospitality in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in room service or F&B operations.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent customer service.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of food & beverage operations.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays as required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Food Handler's Certificate required.
• ServSafe Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all room service operations.
• Schedule, train and supervise staff.
• Ensure prompt and courteous delivery to guest rooms.
• Maintain high standards of quality, cleanliness and presentation.
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally and timely.
• Collaborate with Room Service Manager on new menu items and promotions.
• Monitor and control food and labor costs to meet budgetary guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Maintain inventory and ordering of supplies as needed.
