Job summary

The Joseph, a Luxury Collection Hotel in Nashville, seeks a Maintenance Engineering Technician to keep guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas in peak condition. You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems, and ensure safety and quality standards.

You will coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, and F&B to minimize guest disruption, document work orders, and uphold Marriott brand standards and Forbes-rated luxury service.

Qualifications

• Previous hotel maintenance or building engineering experience preferred.
• Experience with HVAC, electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, or general mechanical systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventive maintenance and repairs throughout guestrooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and service calls.
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, mechanical, and building systems.
• Maintain documentation of preventive maintenance and repairs.
• Coordinate with departments to minimize guest disruption.
