Job summary

Conrad Nashville is seeking an Engineer to maintain hotel standards and respond to guest repair requests. You will perform preventive maintenance across guest rooms, kitchens, laundry areas, and mechanical equipment while communicating effectively with guests to resolve issues.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting plumbing, electrical and mechanical systems, coordinating with Housekeeping and Food & Beverage teams, and adhering to Forbes Service guidelines to deliver exceptional guest

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 3 years’ engineering maintenance experience.

Responsibilities

• Respond to guest requests for service and record progress.
• Perform preventive maintenance on guest rooms and equipment.
• Troubleshoot plumbing, electrical and mechanical issues in guestrooms.
• Coordinate maintenance with Housekeeping, Kitchen and Catering teams.
• Uphold Forbes service guidelines and SOPs at all times.
