Job summary

Elysée New York is seeking a skilled, personable Bartender to provide exceptional beverage service across Salon Sanssouci and the hotel's food and beverage operations.

Reporting to the Food and Beverage Management and Director of Operations, this individual prepares and serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages while creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere and delivering the same considered hospitality guests find throughout Elysée New York.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous bartender experience in a hotel or high-volume environment.
• Alcohol service certification such as TIPS or ServSafe Alcohol.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays; NYC luxury hospitality experience preferred.
• Multilingual abilities are a plus (not required).

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages per approved recipes.
• Welcome guests warmly and suggest cocktails, beer, wine and spirits.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar; coordinate with servers and kitchen staff.
• Ensure responsible alcohol service and verify legal drinking age.
• Uphold Forbes 5‑Star service standards in a fast-paced environment.
