You will support the sous chef, supervise line cooks, and ensure timely execution of high-quality dishes in a fast-paced luxury environment. English proficiency and team collaboration are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 7-year culinary experience or culinary equivalent.
• Must read, understand and communicate verbally in English.
• Knowledge of food handling & sanitation; show leadership & teamwork.
• Proficient knife skills and knowledge of basic cuts.
• Able to understand and follow recipes and weights/measures.

Responsibilities

• Assist the on-shift sous chef/chef in smooth kitchen operations.
• Coordinate and allocate culinary staff within kitchens.
• Manage kitchen schedules and staffing requirements.
• Support catering and banquet needs as required.
• Ensure organization of mise en place and production of menu items.
