Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional kitchen leadership experience in a full-service restaurant.
• Bilingual English/Spanish highly desirable.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Available to work flexible hours including weekdays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Oversee culinary operations and lead kitchen staff to ensure high quality and consistency.
• Hire, train, and manage performance of kitchen team; schedule shifts.
• Collaborate with Chef de Cuisine and Executive Chef on menu development and execution.
• Maintain food safety, sanitation, and cost controls; monitor inventory and waste.
