The Beverly Hills Hotel, part of Dorchester Collection, is seeking a dynamic Sous Chef to join our luxury kitchen team in Beverly Hills, CA. You will lead a team of cooks, contribute to menu development, and ensure exceptional service and quality in a high-volume, fine-dining environment.

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sous Chef in a high-volume, fine-dining restaurant.
• Luxury hotel experience preferred.
• English is the primary language used in the hotel.

Responsibilities

• Manage our team of cooks and assist with weekly labor schedules.
• Provide information to kitchen staff and maintain payroll records.
• Support culinary leadership with performance reviews.
• Ensure a neat, clean, and safe working environment.
• Taste and review food daily for quality and presentation.
• Develop and implement new recipes and menus.
• Attend weekly kitchen meetings and monitor inventory.
• Be flexible to cover service in any kitchen area.
• Communicate across departments to maintain standards.
