Hyatt is seeking a Team Leader - Housekeeping to help manage the cleanliness of guest rooms and floors across our property. You will coordinate daily work, supervise attendants, and ensure VIP rooms meet hotel standards.

Experience in hotel housekeeping, strong problem solving, and clear communication are essential. You’ll collaborate with the housekeeping team to control costs while delivering the high-quality guest experience Hyatt is known for.

Responsabilités

• Ensure that all special requests are actioned promptly and correctly.
• Assist the Housekeeping Manager in completing daily work allocations and conducting daily briefings with housekeeping attendants.
• Inspect VIP rooms and check rooms daily to ensure that they are maintained to the standards of the Hotel.
• Assist in the planning, organising and directing of all staff to ensure an efficient operation
• Assist in effectively monitoring and maintaining expenses, payroll, guest supplies, cleaning supplies, laundry
