HYATT FORT WORTH seeks a Housekeeping Team Lead to oversee housekeeping operations across guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces, ensuring cleanliness and adherence to Hyatt standards while supporting team performance. You will train new hires on the 9-step cleaning process and assign work to maintain efficiency and quality.

Lead inspections, resolve guest concerns, and coordinate with other departments to uphold exceptional guest satisfaction.

Formación

• Previous experience in laundry, housekeeping, or hospitality operations.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lead and train teams.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee housekeeping operations for guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces.
• Assign work to team members and monitor performance.
• Train new hires on 9-step cleaning processes and monthly deep clean program.
• Conduct inspections and document deficiencies; ensure timely resolution.
• Coordinate with other departments and manage linens and supplies.
• Ensure Lost and Found procedures; enforce safety and MSDS guidelines.
