• Progressive experience in housekeeping with leadership responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures, quality control, and operations best practices.
• Proven leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills for motivating a diverse team.
• Organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
• Experience with budgeting, labor management, and inventory control.
• Ability to handle guest concerns professionally and effectively.
• Bilingual ability preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish daily priorities and assign workload to ensure efficient room turnover and public area cleanliness.
• Conduct detailed room audits and inspections for cleanliness and brand standards.
• Provide feedback and coaching based on inspection results.
• Track and report inspection scores and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with Front Office and Maintenance to address rooms and occupancy needs.
• Analyze productivity and adjust staffing based on occupancy and demands.
• Ensure safety standards and proper chemical handling per OSHA guidelines.
• Lead daily stand-up meetings and communicate goals and updates.
• Oversee lost and found processes and guest incident reports.
• Coordinate with Residence Services/Concierge for owner preferences and services.
