Firmdale Hotels in New York is seeking a Housekeeping Floor Supervisor to lead the team responsible for keeping guest rooms and public areas to the highest standards. You will work closely with the Head Housekeeper to ensure smooth daily operations and flawless service in a luxury setting.

The role is exempt and requires strong attention to detail, leadership, and a proactive approach to guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily cleaning of guest rooms and public areas.
• Communicate daily duties and room assignments to housekeeping staff.
• Inspect guest rooms, corridors, and service areas for cleanliness and appearance.
• Assist with cleaning of guest rooms or public areas when needed.
• Train new housekeeping staff and provide ongoing guidance and support.
• Monitor performance and address issues as needed.
• Handle guest requests and escalate to the Duty Manager when necessary.
