Job summary

This leadership role requires luxury hotel experience, Opera PMS knowledge, and a strong focus on safety and DOH/OSHA compliance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of luxury hotel housekeeping experience.
• Minimum 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Knowledge of NYC DOH and OSHA compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily housekeeping operations and assign staff.
• Conduct inspections of rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces.
• Train staff on Faena service standards and safety procedures.
• Collaborate with Front Office, Engineering, and F&B to manage guest requests.
• Ensure compliance with sanitation policies and regulatory requirements.
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, and team development.
• Monitor inventory of linens and guest supplies.
• Support VIP room preparation and follow-up service.
• Maintain Lost & Found records and cleanliness inspections.
• Lead Manager on Duty responsibilities and service recovery.
