Qualifications

• 2 years of housekeeping supervisory experience preferred.
• Luxury hotel background preferred.
• Able to lift 50 pounds.
• Strong leadership and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Interpret and promote all departmental policies and standards.
• Collect and assign rooms to Housekeepers; prepare status reports.
• Monitor and follow up on work orders; coordinate with Engineering.
• Train housekeeping staff to maintain cleanliness standards.
• Provide exceptional guest service and respond promptly to requests.
• Inspect guest rooms and public areas for cleanliness and quality.
• Balance room status reports daily and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain vendor relationships and support par levels of supplies.
• Mentor and develop team members; participate in meetings and quality checks.
