Job summary

Raffles Boston is seeking an attentive Host to deliver top-tier service in a luxury setting. You will manage the floor, assist guests, and coordinate with the kitchen and MOD to ensure smooth operations.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, strong English, and knowledge of wines and beverages; prior luxury-hotel experience is a plus. This on-site role offers competitive hourly pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English.
• Some food and beverage experience at a luxury hotel or restaurant an asset.
• Proficient knowledge of wines, spirits, and mixed drinks.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality service to guests in an attentive, courteous and efficient manner.
• Organize the floor, floor plan, distribution of sections and menus.
• Communicate with kitchen team and MOD at all times.
• Maintain menus, host stand and reservation system.
