Job summary

Raffles Boston is seeking an Overnight Guest Experience Specialist/Butler to deliver exceptional personalized service in a luxury setting. The role covers pre-arrival to post-stay, ensuring guests receive seamless, tailored experiences with a strong focus on attention to detail and proactive guest engagement.

The position is full-time, on-site, with an hourly compensation between $26.95 and $29.84, and requires working overnight shifts and collaboration across departments to elevate every guest

Qualifications

• Experience in front office, concierge and housekeeping in ultra-luxury hospitality is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding guest experience as the Overnight Guest Experience Specialist/Butler across pre-arrival, arrival, in-stay, departure and post-stay activities.
• Enter and manage reservation notes, alerts and traces in Opera.
• Coordinate with departments to deliver personalized butler services and experiences.
• Escort guests during arrival and lead hotel facility orientation.
• Support with luggage, unpacking/packing, and delivery of amenities.
