Hilton's Conrad Los Angeles is seeking a dynamic General Manager to shape the future of luxury hospitality and elevate the guest experience. The ideal candidate brings entrepreneurial leadership, strong business acumen, and a proven track record managing luxury properties.

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years hotel General Manager experience OR 5 years Hotel Manager experience managing a property with $40M+ revenue.
Proven experience leading a luxury property with extensive knowledge of Forbes standards and practices.
Performance-driven leadership with ability to attract, motivate, and direct a high-performing team.
Proven ability to drive financial performance and profitability, including GOP and RevPAR.

Responsibilities

Oversee hotel operations with strategic oversight of all departments, ensuring alignment with brand standards and seamless guest experiences.
Own the property's financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning to drive revenue and control costs.
Communicate with hotel owners and Hilton corporate leadership, delivering transparency and regular performance updates.
Lead, develop and coach on-site teams to foster a people-first culture and high engagement.
