Davidson Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic General Manager for La Fontaine in Century City, Los Angeles, as it prepares for a 2027 opening. You will lead all hotel operations, shape service culture, and partner with ownership and corporate leadership to deliver exceptional financial and guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field.
• 10+ years of luxury or full-service hotel leadership, including GM or President/GM roles.
• Pre-opening or opening experience strongly preferred.
• Strong financial acumen with budgeting, forecasting, revenue and profitability experience.
• Exceptional leadership with ability to build, develop and retain top teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead all hotel operations: Rooms, F&B, Sales & Marketing, Finance, HR, Engineering.
• Provide strategic leadership through pre-opening, opening, and stabilization phases.
• Establish a culture of exceptional service, hospitality, engagement, and excellence.
• Recruit, develop, and inspire a talented leadership team.
• Develop and execute strategic business plans to drive revenue and profitability.
• Build strong relationships with ownership, brand partners, community stakeholders and industry partners.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, revenue generation, and expense management.
• Champion luxury positioning and guest experience aligned with vision and standards.
• Monitor market trends and opportunities for growth in the LA luxury market.
