Job summary

Alliance Hospitality Group, the team behind Los Angeles' Baltaire, Encanto and Sexy Roman, is relaunching an iconic concept and seeking a General Manager to lead operations in a high-end casual setting in Los Angeles.

You will manage daily restaurant operations, build and coach a high-performing team, and drive financial performance while ensuring guest satisfaction, safety, and compliance. A minimum 5 years of GM experience and strong leadership are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of General Manager experience in upscale casual or fine dining.
• Proven ability to lead high-performance teams in a hospitality-driven environment.
• Strong understanding of food & beverage operations, guest experience and financial performance.
• Experience managing labor, payroll, budgeting and cost controls.
• Excellent leadership, coaching, communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations delivering exceptional food quality, service and hospitality.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team of managers and hourly staff.
• Drive marketing, public relations and sales initiatives to boost guest engagement.
• Manage budgets, labor, inventory and costs to improve profitability.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health regulations and OSHA standards.
