Job summary

Avion Hospitality’s Cameo Beverly Hills seeks a General Manager to lead a flagship luxury property within Hilton’s LXR collection. You’ll oversee all hotel operations, guest experience, and financial performance with a hands-on leadership style.

The role requires 8–10 years in luxury hospitality, proven P&L management, and the ability to inspire diverse teams, partner with ownership and brand representatives, and maintain the highest standards of discretion and service.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of progressive hotel leadership experience in luxury, upper-upscale, or full-service properties.
• Previous experience as a General Manager, Hotel Manager, or senior executive leader at a comparable luxury property.
• Demonstrated success in driving financial performance, guest satisfaction, and operational excellence.
• Strong understanding of hotel financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, revenue management, and labor cost controls.
• Proven ability to lead diverse teams and develop strong department-level leadership.
• Exceptional communication, relationship-building, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to maintain a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
