Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
• Proven leadership of a hospitality team.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Financial savviness and budgeting experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Managing budgets and financial plans and controlling expenditure
• Maintaining statistical and financial records
• Setting and achieving sales and profit targets
• Recruiting, training, and monitoring staff
• Planning work schedules for individuals and teams
• Responding to and resolving guest concerns
• Addressing problems and troubleshooting
• Ensuring events and conferences run smoothly
• Hotel asset preservation. Including but not limited to: supervising maintenance, supplies, renovations, and furnishings
• Maintaining relationships with contractors, vendors and suppliers
• Ensuring a safe and secure environment for all guests and associates
• Maintaining appropriate inspections of the property as identified by the organization and brand
• Ensure the property meets brand guidelines and expectations for service and all standards
• Ensuring compliance with licensing laws, health and safety, and other statutory regulations
• Perform various other duties as assigned to meet business objectives
