Job summary

Trump International Hotel and Tower Chicago is seeking a Front Office Manager to oversee front desk operations, staffing, scheduling, budgeting and reporting to maximize profitability and guest satisfaction. You will lead a team to ensure Forbes Five Star standards are consistently met.

The role requires strong leadership, cost control, and excellent communication skills, with a minimum of two years in a supervisory/management position in Rooms Division.

Qualifications

• Excellent mathematical comprehension to understand and interpret numbers in hotel operations.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English to communicate with guests and employees.
• Strong organizational and supervisory skills.
• Ability to deal with internal and external customers with patience, tact and diplomacy.

Responsibilities

• Oversees front office systems, inventory, scheduling, forecasting and department budgets.
• Leads staff, interviews, trains, schedules, counsels and evaluates employees.
• Ensures Forbes Five Star Standards are provided and drives guest satisfaction.
