Job summary

Trump International Hotel and Tower Chicago is seeking a Housekeeping Coordinator to organize and guide the housekeeping team to maintain Five Star service standards and guest satisfaction. You will oversee assignments, training, inspections and staff communication in a busy luxury hotel environment.

The role requires 3+ years in supervisory Housekeeping, a high school diploma (college degree preferred), and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• At least 3 years in supervisory/management role in hotel Housekeeping.
• Forbes-rated hotel experience desirable.
• Grooming standards and professional appearance.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Distribute and delegate room and cleaning assignments to Housekeeping staff.
• Interview, select and train staff in proper procedures.
• Supervise and monitor work quality via room inspections; provide coaching.
• Plan and conduct staff meetings; communicate operational updates.
• Participate in lobby and duty programs during required weekends.
• Assist staff with supplies, monitor chemical safety and HazCom compliance.
• Expedite guest requests and perform other duties as assigned.
