Job summary

Trump International Hotel and Tower Chicago is seeking a results-driven Housekeeping Supervisor to lead daily operations of the guest room and public area teams. You will distribute assignments, oversee quality standards, coach staff, and ensure adherence to Five Star Service and guest satisfaction.

The role requires a minimum of three years in hotel housekeeping supervision, strong English communication, and a hospitality-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• Experience in supervisory/management position in hotel housekeeping.
• Forbes rated hotel experience desirable.
• Ability to supervise and coordinate housekeeping staff.
• Excellent communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Distribute/delegate room and cleaning assignments to Housekeeping team members.
• Interview, select and train Housekeeping team members in proper work procedures and techniques.
• Supervise and monitor work performance; conduct inspections and provide coaching.
• Plan and conduct staff meetings; attend operational meetings to disseminate information.
