Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, or related field.
• Minimum five years of direct managerial or supervisory experience in hotel operations.
• Minimum four years in guest services, front desk, bell/doorman, AYS, concierge, or related full-service operation.
• Proven ability to manage labor, scheduling, payroll, overtime, departmental expenses, and budget performance.

Responsibilities

• Directs day-to-day work of Front Desk Supervisors and Concierge teams.
• Develops structured training plans for new and existing employees.
• Ensures Front Desk, Bell/Doorman, AYS, and Concierge operations meet standards and priorities.
• Reviews guest feedback and creates action plans for improvements and recovery.
• Ensures compliance with Marriott standards and brand programs.
• Coordinates with cross-department teams to support guest needs and maintain continuity.
• Participates in recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluations in partnership with HR.
• Adheres to safety, security, and loss-prevention procedures and reporting.
