Job summary

Colonial Williamsburg’s Williamsburg Lodge in Virginia is seeking a seasoned housekeeping leader to oversee operations, ensuring top-tier cleanliness and team performance. You will manage managers and staff, coordinate with Front Office and Engineering, and drive safety and training programs.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Hospitality Management, 8–10 years in leadership, and familiarity with unionized hotel operations; Marriott experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 8–10 years of progressive housekeeping leadership experience.
• Proven success in housekeeping operations, labor management, expense control, cleanliness standards, and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and operational oversight of the Williamsburg Lodge housekeeping.
• Directly manage housekeeping managers, supervisors, room attendants, and other staff.
• Maintain high standards of guest room and public area cleanliness and presentation.
• Coordinate with Front Office and Engineering on room status and maintenance.
• Develop and maintain SOPs and ensure safety training and ongoing performance coaching.
