Job summary

Colonial Williamsburg Foundation invites an experienced housekeeping leader to oversee the Williamsburg Lodge operations, ensuring exceptional guest room and public area cleanliness and efficient scheduling.

You will coach and develop Managers, Supervisors, and attendants; coordinate with Front Office and Engineering on room status and maintenance; and maintain brand standards, safety, and labor costs within a five-day, 8–12 hour schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• 8–10 years of progressive housekeeping leadership experience.
• Proven success in labor management and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee Williamsburg Lodge housekeeping operations.
• Coach managers and staff to maintain high cleanliness standards.
• Schedule staffing based on occupancy forecasts and budget.
• Collaborate with Front Office and Engineering on room status and maintenance.
• Maintain safety and brand standards and training programs.
