Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service is required.
• Cash handling experience is preferred.
• Experience in luxury hotels is preferred.
• Prior Front Desk experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls from external and internal sources.
• Direct caller to the appropriate extension or room and verify guest last name.
• Assist guests with directions or required information.
• Document emergencies and coordinate with hotel management and security as needed.
• Direct hotel staff to assist guests and communicate effectively.
