Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a Room Attendant to maintain cleanliness in assigned rooms/suites at the Arizona Biltmore in Phoenix. The role involves hotel-standard cleaning, linen handling, and attentive guest service.

Responsibilities

• Clean rooms / suites as assigned, including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming and washing windows / tracks.
• Report rooms as clean and available.
• Strip dirty linens / towels and remove used amenities from room/suite.
• Greet guests immediately with friendly/sincere acknowledgement.
