Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality seeks a Security Officer for the Arizona Biltmore in Phoenix. You will patrol resort grounds, investigate guest and associate concerns, and assist dispatch by logging keys and radios and monitoring access. This role requires vigilance, clear communication, and teamwork.

You will conduct safety inspections, respond to emergencies, and ensure incident reports are completed accurately to protect guests and property. Previous hotel or security experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Prior customer service experience
• Hotel experience preferred
• Prior experience in security preferred
• CPR / First Aid Certified
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Team player
• Ability to complete incident reports
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)

Responsibilities

• Patrol the resort grounds to ensure safety of guests and associates.
• Investigate and report all guest and associate complaints, losses, crimes and accidents promptly.
• Log in and out keys and radios for dispatch, maintain department activity logs and monitor visitor/parcel procedures.
• Conduct routine lock ups and unlocks of hotel facilities and assist in dispatch as needed.
• Carry out daily and monthly safety inspections.
• Monitor traffic control as needed and respond to emergencies professionally.
• Demonstrate knowledge to act appropriately in emergencies to reduce risk to guests and property.
• Maintain accurate incident reports and follow up on safety concerns.
