Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality seeks a Security Officer for the iconic Arizona Biltmore in Phoenix. Patrol the resort grounds to ensure guest and associate safety and uphold service standards.

Responsibilities include investigating and reporting incidents, dispatch support, safety inspections, and monitoring access. Respond to emergencies professionally. CPR/First Aid certification and MS Office proficiency are preferred. This is a full-time, on-site role.

Qualifications

• Prior customer service experience, required

Responsibilities

• Patrol the resort grounds to ensure the quality and safety of hotel guests and associates.
• Investigate and report all guest and associate complaints, losses, crimes and accidents & incidents in a timely and accurate manner.
• When assigned to dispatch, log in and out keys and radios to associates, maintain an accurate log of department activity, and monitor foot traffic including visitor and package pass procedures.
• Conduct routine lock ups and unlocks of the hotel facilities.
• Assist in the dispatch role as assigned.
• Conduct daily and monthly written safety inspections.
• Monitor traffic control as needed.
• Respond to emergencies in an informed and professional manner.
• Demonstrate commitment to making an conscientious effort to eliminate or reduce the risk of injury to our guests and associates, damage to our property or the property of others. Know the correct action to take in the event of an emergency and demonstrate this knowledge by acting appropriately in the event of an emergency.

About Our Property

The iconic Arizona Biltmore is located in the heart of the prestigious Biltmore neighborhood in Phoenix. The resort was named the "Jewel of the Desert" since its opening on February 23, 1929.
