Job summary

San Manuel Band of Mission Indians in Las Vegas seeks a front desk associate to greet guests, check them in and out, handle reservations, and provide information and services as needed. You will resolve guest questions, process payments, issue keys, and promote hotel standards.

You will maintain room inventory, support group events, generate daily reports, and collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and smooth operations at Palms Place.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of customer service or reception experience.
• At least 2 years front desk experience in a similar hotel setting.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests, team members and management.
• Ability to operate a computerized front office system.
• Discretion with guest information and good time management.

Responsibilities

• Check guests in and out, process payments and issue keys.
• Provide information and services to guests; resolve issues.
• Maintain room inventory and assist groups; liaison with planners.
• Generate and analyze daily/weekly reports; ensure security and confidentiality.
