Job summary

San Manuel Band of Mission Indians seeks a Reservations Agent to assist guests with room sales and inquiries, serving as the voice of the hotel and first impression for guests. The role delivers best-in-class service, optimizes occupancy and revenue, and follows health and safety policies.

Qualifications

• Excellent telephone etiquette and verbal and written communication skills.
• Must have schedule flexibility including evenings, weekends, holiday shifts, and overtime when needed.
• Ability to identify and prioritize issues.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Must possess a friendly and outgoing demeanor.
• Must have ability to multi-task.
• Bilingual in a foreign language preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides highest level of guest services during all interactions and uses proper hotel verbiage per Forbes Travel Guidelines.
• Inputs and organizes reservation information, requests, and internal communications with follow-up; coordinates with VIP services for players.
• Sells hotel rooms using up-selling and yield management techniques to maximize revenue; stays informed about inventory and hotel hours and amenities.
• Performs other duties as assigned to support efficient department operations.
