Job summary

Houston Grand Hotel - River Oaks is seeking an experienced kitchen leader to plan, produce and oversee all hotel food operations. You will manage the restaurant and room service production to ensure high-quality, consistent dishes that meet HEI Franchise standards.

You will supervise cooks, coordinate training, enforce safety and sanitation policies, and drive menu development while controlling costs and labor. A strong background in hotel food and beverage management is essential.

Qualifications

• Leadership of kitchen teams and operations.
• Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation and HACCP.
• Ability to plan, cost and produce menus aligned with brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage daily kitchen operations for hotel restaurant(s) and room service.
• Lead and develop kitchen staff; recruit, train, and evaluate performance.
• Monitor labor and food costs; prepare reports to meet budgets.
