Qualifications

• One year of culinary or related work experience.
• ServSafe (or equivalent) certification.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food items according to guest orders with consistent quality.
• Complete mise en place and station setup for breakfast, lunch, and dinner service.
• Operate, maintain and clean kitchen equipment.
• Rotate and date perishables, manage stock and assist cost controls.
• Follow Four Seasons' standards and cooperate with teammates.
