Qualifications

• Experience in Food & Beverage with prior server role.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, large-team environments.
• Excellent English communication and guest service skills.

Responsibilities

• Take guest orders and describe menu items with vivid details.
• Relay orders to kitchen and bar using POS system; coordinate timing.
• Check orders and deliver to table or lounge promptly.
• Anticipate guest needs and resolve issues with urgency and care.
• Read each table and adapt to a variety of guests, including locals and travelers.
• Close guest checks and process payments accurately.
• Breakdown and reset tables and dining areas.
• Collaborate professionally with team and supervisors.
• Assist in duties during high volume or staff absences.
