Job summary

Flyper in Atlanta is seeking a friendly Concierge to join our luxury hotel team. You will greet guests, assist with luggage and check-in, provide local information, make reservations, arrange transportation, and handle inquiries with warmth and professionalism.

Fluent English is required; knowledge of Nepali or Kenyan languages is a plus. Prior guest-service experience is welcome though not required; weekend and holiday availability is expected. We sponsor visas for international candidates.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English.

• Previous customer service experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests on arrival and assist with luggage and check-in.
• Provide information about hotel amenities and local attractions.
• Make reservations for restaurants or events.
• Arrange transportation for guests as needed.
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Maintain a clean and organized lobby area.
• Coordinate special requests for guests (flowers, gifts, etc).
• Keep track of guest preferences to personalize future visits.
