Job summary

Flyper in Atlanta is seeking a friendly Concierge to join our luxury hotel team. You will greet guests, assist with luggage and check-in, provide local information, make reservations, arrange transportation, and handle inquiries with warmth and professionalism.

Fluent English is required; knowledge of Nepali or Kenyan languages is a plus. Prior guest-service experience is welcome though not required; weekend and holiday availability is expected. We sponsor visas for international candidates.

As a Concierge you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and assistance to our guests during their stay. This position requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to anticipate and fulfill guests' needs.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival and assist with luggage and check-in process
• Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, restaurants, transportation options, etc.
• Make reservations for guests at restaurants or events
• Arrange transportation for guests as needed
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally
• Maintain a clean and organized lobby area
• Assist with coordinating special requests or arrangements for guests such as flowers, gifts, etc.
• Keep track of guest preferences to personalize their experience during future visits

Requirements

• Fluent in English; knowledge of Nepali or Kenyan languages is a plus
• Previous experience in a customer service role preferred but not required
• Excellent communication skills
• Friendly and outgoing personality
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong knowledge of local area attractions
• Must be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Salary

$1400 per month negotiable based on experience
