Job summary

BLADE in New York City is seeking a dynamic Flier Experience Associate to deliver premium hospitality to guests throughout the flier journey. You will greet guests, manage check-ins, coordinate ground transportation, and upsell BLADE amenities with warmth and discretion.

This full-time seasonal role requires a front desk background in luxury settings, the ability to work weekends and holidays, and a readiness to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Two years’ experience at a front desk in a hotel, restaurant, spa/fitness center preferred.
• Must be over 18 years old, able to commute via mass transit or have your own transportation, and a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and manage check-ins.
• Coordinate ground transportation and upsell BLADE amenities.
• Maintain lounge cleanliness and inventory.
• Record guest preferences and relay to departments for follow-up.
• Escort guests to aircraft or ground transport and assist with luggage.
• Uphold privacy and confidentiality of guest and company data.
• Respond promptly to guest requests or complaints and document issues.
