• Previous luxury hotel experience is preferred.
• Ability to stand for the entire shift.
• Customer service oriented with multitasking and detail orientation.
• Clear and concise English communication with guests and coworkers.
• Knowledge of local area attractions and lodgings.

Aufgaben

• Maintain bell carts and related equipment with cleaning and routine maintenance.
• Provide friendly, professional interactions with guests.
• Supervise bell staff and ensure duties are performed efficiently.
• Assist with restaurant and limousine reservations for guests.
• Deliver parcels, mail, and special deliveries to guestrooms.
• Keep bell storage area clean and organized.
• Address guest complaints and ensure timely resolution.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Direct guests to the Front Desk or meeting rooms as needed.
• Arrange taxis or shuttles for guests when required.
• Load luggage for guests and assist with luggage retrieval.
• Notify Front Desk of VIP arrivals when possible.
• Engage guests and offer assistance to multiple guests simultaneously.
• Guide guests to hotel areas and accompany them when feasible.
• Train new bell staff on hotel procedures and protocols.
