Royal Palms Resort & Spa in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support the Sales team, handle inquiries, prepare contracts, and coordinate tours and events for prospective clients.

This role requires strong administrative skills, hospitality experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Some weekend availability may be required to meet business needs and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Competenze

• Minimum of one year of administrative, sales support, or hospitality experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
• Ability to work independently while supporting multiple Sales Managers and collaborating across departments.

Mansioni

• Manage incoming phone calls, email inquiries, and internet leads with professionalism and prompt attention.
• Support multiple Sales Managers with daily requests, projects, and administrative tasks.
• Partner with Sales Managers to create contracts, amendments, and client-facing documents.
• Process sales commissions, maintain commission records, and assist with reporting.
• Coordinate and schedule site tours for Sales Managers and arrange logistics in advance.
• Maintain and update booking information within sales systems and databases.
