Royal Palms Resort and Spa is seeking an organized Sales Coordinator to support the sales team in Phoenix, AZ. This role focuses on handling inquiries, coordinating site tours, and producing client-facing documents to enable a smooth sales process and exceptional guest experiences.

The position requires a minimum of one year in administrative or hospitality support, with strong MS Office skills and superb communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of administrative, sales support, or hospitality experience, preferably in a luxury hotel environment.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls, emails, and internet leads promptly and professionally.
• Support multiple Sales Managers with daily requests, projects, and admin tasks.
• Assist with creating contracts, amendments, and client-facing documents.
• Process sales commissions and maintain commission records and reporting.
• Coordinate and schedule site tours and logistics for Sales Managers.
• Maintain and update booking information in sales systems and databases.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth handoff from sales to event execution.
