J&T Business Consulting is seeking a Manager, Learning & Development for a premier luxury hospitality resort in Big Sky, MT. You will lead learning strategies, design programs, and partner with leaders to strengthen talent and engagement while aligning with business goals.

Responsibilities include budget management, program effectiveness, and developing internal trainers, with a focus on service excellence and continuous improvement.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, HR, or related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, or related discipline.
• Experience in luxury hospitality management.
• Proficient in MS Office and LMS.
• Demonstrated experience designing and facilitating leadership development programs, quality improvement initiatives, and organizational change.
• Analytical skills to drive business outcomes via performance metrics, guest satisfaction, and engagement.
• Collaborates effectively across all levels and meets tight deadlines.
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Drive a culture of service excellence, continuous learning, and operational performance.
• Design, implement, and evaluate learning strategies and programs.
• Lead annual training plans, needs analysis, and budget management.
• Ensure brand culture and service principles are upheld across the resort.
• Partner with business leaders to identify capability gaps and implement development programs.
• Facilitate leadership development, team-building, and organizational effectiveness workshops.
• Measure ROI and impact of learning programs.
