The position evolves to Director level in 2027. You will design and execute the annual training plan, build a network of departmental trainers, manage the L&D budget, and measure impact through guest satisfaction and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 4+ years in Learning & Development or related field.
• Experience leading L&D in luxury hospitality, Forbes/Michelin background preferred.
• Proven ability to design leadership programs and measure impact with data.
• Strong MS Office and LMS skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the resort's training strategy, annual plan, and evaluation.
• Develop and coach a network of departmental trainers.
• Design leadership development programs for all levels.
• Oversee service excellence programs, audits, and recognition.
• Manage the L&D budget and demonstrate ROI from training.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and introduce ideas.
