Job summary

DC Global Talent Inc. in Big Sky, Montana, is seeking a Manager, Learning & Development to lead training, leadership development and service culture across the resort.

You will partner with the General Manager and Executive Committee, design programs on leadership and standards, and measure impact on guest satisfaction and engagement.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Learning & Development, Organizational Development or a related field
• Management experience in luxury hospitality (required)
• Proven track record designing and running leadership and change programs
• Able to use guest and colleague data to improve results
• Comfortable working outdoors at high altitude in all weather

Responsibilities

Job description

An ultra-luxury mountain resort open year-round is looking for a Manager, Learning & Development. This person leads training, leadership development and service excellence across the property. They work closely with the General Manager, the Executive Committee and HR to build skills, engagement and a strong service culture.

Key Responsibilities
