Job summary

One&Only Resorts in Big Sky, Montana is seeking a Manager of Learning, Development, & Quality. This role emphasizes the implementation of service excellence across the resort and the development of employee capabilities through tailored training programs. The successful candidate will closely collaborate with various department leaders to promote a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.

Ideal applicants should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least 4 years of experience in a luxury hospitality environment. The role involves driving quality initiatives, managing training budgets, and evaluating program effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in Learning & Development, Quality Management, or Organizational Development.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Demonstrated experience designing leadership development programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead all Learning & Development activities across the Resort.
• Develop policies that support learning, development, and organizational excellence.
• Champion service excellence and adherence to brand standards.
