Job summary

Big Sky Resort is seeking a Manager of Learning & Development to drive a culture of service excellence and continuous improvement. You will design and oversee learning strategies, leadership programs, and engagement initiatives aligned with business goals.

You'll partner with department heads, manage training plans and budgets, and measure ROI across guest satisfaction and performance metrics. A strong background in luxury hospitality and program execution is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Human Resources, or related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, or related discipline.
• Experience in a luxury hospitality environment is preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office and LMS; able to design and facilitate leadership programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, implementation, and evaluation of learning strategies and development programs.
• Partner with leaders to drive talent development and succession planning.
• Manage annual training plans, budgets, and program effectiveness metrics.
• Conduct organizational audits and oversee quality improvement initiatives.
• Foster a culture of service excellence and accountability.
