Job summary

Renewal by Andersen, the custom division of Andersen Windows, is hiring in Greater Nashville for full-time sales consultants who conduct in-home presentations. This role offers a full commission structure with no cap and paid training, aiming to close high-value window and door replacement deals.

Expect pre-scheduled residential appointments, opportunities for a sales trip, and eligibility for comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, life, RRSP, student support, and loan

Qualifications

• Have a valid Driver's License (required).
• Comfortable traveling up to 3 hours for appointments daily (required).
• Ability to lift and carry at least 40-60 lbs. of sample materials (required).
• Capable of navigating various applications on an iPad (required).
• 2+ years of sales success in luxury goods, premium services, or high-value transactions.
• Willingness to learn a structured and proven sales process.

Responsibilities

• Go to pre-scheduled appointments in residential homes and conduct sales presentations.
• Provide homeowners with all information needed to make a same-day decision on window/door replacement.
• Close sales effectively; this role focuses on closing rather than cold calling or project management.
• Participate in paid training, mentorship, and an uncapped commission structure.
• Compete for annual Sales Trip and eligible for comprehensive insurance benefits, RRSP, and tuition assistance.
